I’ve had difficulty falling asleep, and since trying this product, I usually feel relaxed and ready for sleep within about 40 minutes. The liquid format is convenient and easy to take. So far I’ve been taking the recommended dosage once a day at bedtime and I’m really satisfied. Of course they don’t take anxiety away completely, and they don’t work too much immediately, but as anyone with anxiety problems knows, any bit of relief is so important. I’ve tried all kinds of herbal supplements to help with anxiety, something I’ve had issues with my whole life. I’m 36 now and so far my favorite has been passionflower extract, but every time I use one type of herbal supplement for too long it seems to get less and less effective. Highly concentrated passionflower extract is still my choice for a bit of immediate relief, but since I’ve been taking these drops the past month, I’ve noticed a slight reduction in my general level of anxiety. Hard to say how much is due to lifestyle or these drops, but I definitely recommend trying them regularly for a while to see if it works for you.

I take 2 droppers full every night before bed and it really helps relax me so I can fall asleep. I usually wake up at 4 or 5 AM with busy thoughts about all I have to do that day, so I take another dropper full and that helps me relax and fall back asleep until about 6:30 when I get up. If you have trouble with anxious thoughts or just not sleeping, I highly recommend trying this. I have it on auto order and wouldn’t be without it.

I have an issue where I experience high stress during sleep. This 100% solved the issue. After taking this my Whoop watch showed 0 stress activity while sleeping. I was hoping it would help with me waking up a few times at night but no luck there.

I’m actually impressed with bottle of vitamins. It’s great tasting, no funny aftertaste (and I’m extremely picky). I feel like it provides some mental clarity in the mornings after using this for a few months. The quality is top notch and a great price for the bottle I definitely recommend

I’ve been using this product for many months now probably on my 4th or 5th refil and I really like it BUT product quality has become increasingly concerning. Every single bottle has taste completely different the most recent order that I received yesterday taste rancid I can’t tell if it’s just because of natural ingredients and variation but I’m a little nervous to continue the use of this one I just received. Otherwise a great product and had improved my sleep tremendously

I feel this was excellent for the value. I’ve learned to gauge how much I would need from time to time. Three drops usually gets it for me. On nights where I’ve been having a lot of trouble getting to sleep, a full dropper will knock me out for many hours. Although I would not take a full dropper for a mere nap. Helps with anxiety as well as unwelcome dreams. Non narcotic/non-addictive. For someone who has different reasons for sleep trouble day to day and shifting anxiety this is perfect. Zero alcohol. Zero negative psychological effects. Delivers profoundly deep sleep in higher doses. Make sure you can sleep it off or it will leave you groggy on rising.
