Great Company!
I just wanted to jump on here to say what an incredible company this is. Our console arrived with one door damaged (looked like from shipping), and when I reach out to them, they did not hesitate for one moment to get it replaced. It was incredibly fast and very easy. They responded right away and got it taken care of.As for the product itself, I ordered for my parents who just moved to assisted living and missed their fireplace. They LOVE it. They are in their late 80's and have no problem managing the remote and playing with the features. Very much enjoying this product.

Love it but lights…
We are happy with the end results. Quality was better then we thought when we first opened it. Be careful with the instructions they were not correct. 2 flaws. One of the doors came with a chip and the light won’t stick they keep falling which is why you see them behind the PlayStation vs up top.

Instructions sucks
The instructions need to be rewritten. I had to keep taking stuff apart because it was on the wrong side. It took us 3 and a half hrs to assemble. But one it was together it looks great. I love my little fireplace stand.

Fireplace lights don’t work and trying to get just that replaced has been a nightmare

Great customer service
I received 2 TV stands and no fireplace, but when I contacted the seller, they sent me the fireplace part. Great customer service, fast shipping, and I absolutely love my fireplace! Putting together was fairly easy, but we added some extra screws because it was a little unsturdy.
