These bulbs are way better in light output and field of view and do far better to spread the light out to see more of the roads. Silverstar was light spotlight while these provider more floodlight to illuminated more of the roads for safer driving. So "GoodBye" silverstar - I thought you were good but now these have shown they provide better lighting for night driving. And the price I bought 2 pairs to keeps one around when needed.

Well made quality headlamps for 2004 Toyota Tacoma. Will buy these exact lamps again. Good lumen output on low beams and brights. Very satisfied

I replaced my Minis bulbs with these and the difference was very apparent. I can see further and with more light than the stock H2 bubs and on comming vehicles are not blinded.

bright for what they are limited to, doesn't cut through weather conditions very well due to slight blue tint and hue to the light projected and makes for glare for what I payed I am not unhappy, just kinda hoping the 200% brighter would mean 200% vs OEM and not their own standard

I have ordered two sets of these Osram lights from this seller. You will not have any warranty support as they are not an authorized reseller... which in my case sucks because both sets, guaranteed for 3 years, have gone bad in under 6 months... one set went bad within three months. The lights are great when they work. In both cases, one of my bulbs lost its ability to function as a standard bulb, but the bright still worked. I contacted Osram directly and they denied my warranty claim.

The brightness is much greater than a supposedly bright bulb from a leading competitor which only lasted 1 year. I’ll see how the life span of this product compares with the old bulbs but in terms of brightness this one clearly has the competitor’s bulb best easily

They are brighter then the $70 sylvanias by far
