My vlivis arrived but the second hand is stuck so time stays still. Not working

Had a similar problem with mine, the clock mechanism comes off (the square item at the back). Remove this and move the hands about manually (with battery out). Put battery in and they should start moving. Clip mechanism back in and this should fix it, this is what I did

Is there a wall-mount I can purchase for this specific clock? The silver plastic comes out to far from a regular hook.
