Heat/air conditioner window unit
Bought this last year and it works great! My room gets very cold in the winter so the heat feature is definitely my favorite! It is pretty quiet. I just keep it on high as white noise for sleeping! The installation was not bad, but I do recommend at least 3 people installing it because it is very heavy!

Works great! Makes my bedroom downright cold when its 90 outside, and toasty when there's snow on the ground.

Only lasted 3 months
Worked fine while it lasted. A whole 3 months. Just stopped working. Wonโt power on at all. Very disappointed in this product.

Not cooling
Heats fine...when we bought it it was cold, very cold...but now 75 degrees and AC not working very well. Can't send back coz out of return policy date. : /

Cool and heats very well.
Very nice unit that heats and cools efficiently. The unit is very quiet and does the job. I highly recommend it.

AC/Heater that doesn't heat properly
This product does not work as it should. It was a complete waste of money. The seller did refund my money because the product did not blow warm on the heat mode as expected and advertised

One dayer!
Installed 7/22 and was running great. Got up on 7/24 and it was dead. Would not even power up. Not able to install myself due to health I got it installed on the 7/22. Returns was up on 7/23. Almost $400 in the dump.
