This is easy to use and can use it in different positions. I have lymph edema in my face and neck as well as surgery scars and this is helping minimize that.

I am impressed by the quality of material used in crafting this product. I perfectly understand that since this product heats up, power has to be supplied externally but that long power supply cord can be a bit annoying. The craftsmanship of this product far outweighs the placement of the power supply location. Overall, I love this product. Works great. 5 stars.

This product did not come with instructions! Found out by accident there are different settings. I have no idea what each setting does. Frustrating.

I have used this one in more areas: face, neck (front and back), wrists, hairline. Definitely been helpful.

Doesn’t seem like it works very well

The charger that came with my red light device unfortunately did not work. I contacted customer service through the email address included with the device instructions to let them know of the problem. They responded the next day and the issue was resolved the following day to my satisfaction. Customer service was easy to work with and prompt in addressing the problem.The red light device works nicely and has helped with some pain I have been experiencing. Overall I’m very happy with the purchase.

Charged it all day and it never worked. Tried to get a refund, can't return. Don't waist you money on it, also bought the table lamps that the remote doesn't work. They also turn on and off by themselves. Opened the box for the larger light and it was missing parts and no instructions.

This red light was perfect for the sagging skin of my double chin, and the hair that wasn’t growing!! Excellent value for the money it is easy to use and preformed as it was advertised!!! I highly recommend this product!!Kathy B.
