Wow, where have you been all my life??? This is a real game changer! The size of the heads is perfect and the pole telescopes more than twenty feet yet doesn’t bend when fully extended. It has some weight but is not too heavy to use. The different rotating heads make cleaning those hard to reach windows and glass doors much easier. No streaking, very sturdy, and my upper windows look very nice. The squeegee works well and the soft cloth head removes any residue.

High quality, lightweight and gets the job done

The pole is very sturdy and well made. The quality feels much better than I expected, especially for the price. It extends smoothly and stays secure while using it, so cleaning high windows feels effortless. I honestly didn’t expect to get such a solid telescoping pole at this price point. Very satisfied with this purchase.

This item definitely had potential. The telescopic design let me reach spots I usually can’t get to, and it extended impressively far. That part really impressed me and made the job much easier — at least for a little while. Unfortunately, it broke at the handle connection point not long after I started using it. It seemed a bit cheaply made, and the weak point just couldn’t handle much pressure. I ended up having to return it, which was disappointing because I really wanted to finish the task I bought it for. If the build quality were better, this would be a five-star product easily. The functionality is there — it just needs to be sturdier.

Grabbed this when something broke unexpectedly. Worked immediately without any prep. Saved me a trip to the store. Nice to have a reliable backup ready at all times.

Overall, it’s a good product for the price. The pole is sturdy and the scrub attachment was good. However the plastic that holds the squeegee cracked when I used it. So I contacted the company directly and customer service was great. They immediately responded and promptly sent me a replacement for the entire attachment.

Do not buy. Leaves streaks on the windows no matter how many times you try to get the windows shiny. The pole is good but not the cloths and the squeagy is useless.

The pole is well built and the only item I found to be of value and worth paying for. The squeegees don't wipe the window clean as they leave dirty water strips. Both squeegees doesn't clean all the way to the edge of the window so leave a dirty strip at the edge of the window. The window washer cloth is held on by a Velcro strip which comes apart while you are using it. The space between the squeegee edge and the washer cloth are too close together so the washer cloth section will bump against the opposite window which doesn't allow you to clean all the way to the edge. The squeegee rubber edge will pull out if you try to wipe it off after making a cleaning pass. Not impressed at all with the design or quality. I will keep the window washer piece and try buying a higher quality (just about anyone's) squeegee and use them as separate tools. Not impressed at all.
