Gamma Light Therapy LLC Clarity 40 Hz Meditation Bulb

I wanted to get a light that flickered at 40 Hz after reading an article about brain wave entrainment. I've been using it for nearly 2 months. The bulb works as promised and expected. It flickers more noticeably than a dying fluorescent tube in a hospital morgue, but that is what it is intended to do. I don't mind the flickering, although people who are walking by when I use it remark that they find it really irritating. I don't. During the first month, I noticed that I was having very intense dreams every night, which indicated to me that my brain was reacting to it. My primary interest was to improve focus, concentration, and memory. I feel like it has helped, although it wasn't a leap to omniscience and peering through God's eye on the world. This is a good product for people who want to experiment with brain wave entrainment. I use it while listening to Gamma brain wave entrainment audio tracks. My other senses are not involved in my journey of greater mental clarity.

The 'almost immediate' (or similar) wording is probably dishonest. I have used the lamp daily for several weeks now and I have not noticed any changes as the manufacturer claims. Maybe over a more extended period of time improvements may become evident.

I don't find the flickering light annoying. I'm not sure if it works yet. We'll see, but even if this light bulb lasts one week, I'm glad I bought it. I think there's a huge brain epidemic going on and doctors are just guessing and giving it fancy names (in my opinion, allegedly).

I have no issue with the item or Amazon. I can't verify that it does what it says it does because the care home that my mom is in would not allow me to put it in her room. I've used the light myself and now understanding what it looks like when it's on. It is recommended to only have it on for 1 hour a day and from the flickering that it produces I can see why. I'm giving it the full 5 starts because there is nothing wrong with the product and it's no ones fault except the care home that I can't verify whether or not it works.
