Does it work on budget airlines without headrests?

This travel pillow requires a seat with a headrest. We’ve also launched an upgraded version compatible with all airplane seats. Visit our brand store to explore more options. Recommended for flights over 5 hours.

Why Isn’t the Velcro Sticking?

Please check if the protective fabric covering the Velcro has been removed first. If the issue remains, feel free to con tact us.

The travel pillow kit is washable. We suggest hand wash in water below 40°C. Let it dry naturally, do not use a tumble dryer, Thanks

How do I use this Travel Pillow?

1. Secure the two straps around the headrest of the airplane. 2. Attach the eye mask onto the pillow. 3. Position the eye mask and ensure it is firmly attached.

What should I do if the eye mask gets wrinkled?

Simply use an iron or a garment steamer to gently smooth it out, and it will return to its original shape.
