Good kettle great customer service
As someone who drinks a lot of tea throughout the day, I definitely recommend this kettle set. It works great, and I always have hot tea ready whenever I want a cup. On top of that, their customer support is excellent. I had an issue with my kettle after Amazon's return and replacement window had already closed, but their support team helped me replace it without any hassle. They were easy to reach, responsive, and incredibly helpful throughout the process. Great product and great customer service!

Gorgeous and works great
If you take a look on my picture, this tea maker looks beautiful because it's made with stainless steel and easy to clean. Unlike other brands I liked the price which was almost half of other brands. In addition, takes less than 10 minutes to boil the water.

Heating system issue
The tea maker has a nice design and is easy to use. However, the heating system seems to fail too quickly. Also, the “keep warm” setting runs much hotter than expected, which can overheat the tea. The heating system and temperature control definitely need improvement.
