Great Product
First of all great service with the seller. It was sent before the promised day. I had it in hand next day. As far as the product go, I think it should be in every household. You can brew your tea in very short time and tastes great. You also use it as a kettle to boil the water for multi-purpose. I liked the look, quality and the service. All and all, it is a great product.Note, this is a full review, the previous one was sent by mistake before it was done.

The top lid do not close all the way. Do push on it, might break.
I love this and use it frequently since I bought it but the top lid does not close all the way. I read prior review and same complaint if you take the stipper out it will close or if you put the tea in, then add the lid to the stipper maybe. Overall it haven't stopped me from using it. I love the slick stainless steel appearance and easy to clean and heats quickly.Great material and performance. 😘

The product broke after only a few days of use and cannot be returned. A very bad choice indeed.

Perfect for my needs.
After traveling to Turkey a number of times I decided to get the tea maker I wanted so I could enjoy Turkish çay at home. This system works perfectly for me. I can brew the tea to my liking which is strong, but it also allows you to add hot water for dilution purposes. Tea bags just don't work for me and I can now drink as much tea as I like.
