Will this fit in a hp ml350 server ?

Hi, I cannot say if it will fit the HP ML350 Server case! However, if it has two spare 5.25" bays available then as far as I know it should fit......................I suppose it is the sort of product that (as the saying goes) "it does what its says on the tin..." HTH :)

is the fan easy to replace?

Easy is a difficult one as it depends on your skill at computer building? All I can say is that if it fails I would be content that I would be able to manage it. I checked the unit put for its access and the fan IMO is user replaceable.

looks like too long to fit the bay once drives installed??

No, its a standard length for a 5.25" drive bay, fits fine in my tower case in the top two 5.25" drive bays.
