This lotion has been life-changing for my skin! I’ve struggled with dry, scaly skin for years, and nothing ever seemed to work—until now. However, a word of caution: do not use this lotion immediately after a body scrub or shaving—it can cause a bit of burning or stinging. Now that I know, I avoid applying it to freshly exfoliated areas, and it’s been fine. I read other reviews regarding the delivery of the product, and I must say my first delivery was fine, with nothing leaking; however, in my second delivery, there was spillage, but not enough to return it. Hope the subsequent delivery is better packed. This product has completely transformed my skincare routine, and I can’t recommend it enough for anyone dealing with rough, dry, or scaly skin. It’s a game-changer!

Works well, better value than competitors, it can be slightly sticky until dry but less sticky than others I've tried but that's just the nature of lactic acid lotion it's a dermatological medicine. It definitely helps and is as effective as amlactin and has the same active ingredient. It is unscented so there is just a mild medical smell to the lotion. It will leave your skin very soft.

I’ve been using this lotion for years specifically on my shoulders and the top of my triceps, where I get keratosis pilaris. I don’t have it anywhere else on my arms, but those spots can get rough and bumpy if I don’t stay on top of it. This lotion makes a huge difference — it smooths out the texture within days and keeps the bumps from coming back as long as I use it consistently. It absorbs quickly without feeling greasy, and the results last all day. I’ve tried other lotions and exfoliators before, but nothing works as well or as reliably as this. It’s become a non-negotiable part of my skincare routine, and I always make sure I have a bottle at home.

First, I love the way it feels. I find no odor. If you rub it in well, there's very little stickiness. I have skin breakouts and itching rash on my chest, shoulders, and left elbow. I have clawed myself bloody and used everything OTC that says anti itch. My shoulders are clearing up after 3 days of use. Not as itchy. My elbow looks better, but still itches some. My chest seems to be worse with the rash spreading, so it might be something else. I had my annual visit with my surgeon who recommended this product. Overall I'm pleased and have high hopes that it will clear up my problem. I haven't gotten an actual diagnosis of my rash breakouts, but this product is working better than the standard cortisone, benedryl, and whatever other OTC creams. There's a lot of lotions out there that make big claims, but they disappear after a few minutes on the skin. This stays put unless you rub it off, like on the arm of a chair. I put a pillow case on the chair to prevent that. I'm on aspirin therapy and bleed quickly. This has been a big help to heal the sore spots. UPDATE ONE WEEK OF USE. My skin on my chest and shoulders has developed a new problem. Like a million little bumps that feel leathery. I still wake up clawing my elbow. I'm going to stop using it until I see my doctor next week. Whatever is wrong is not responding to this. I still think it's a good product and maybe if I'd had it before the rash was so out of control, it could have helped. Per WebMD: Tell your doctor right away if any of these unlikely but serious side effects occur: darkening/lightening of the skin, small red dots on the skin. This happened to me.
