Absolutely impressed with the American Express Brett 3.0 bag! The quality feels premium right out of the box — strong zippers, durable material, and a very classy modern design. This backpack is awesome

It fits a 15.6 inch laptop just fine. There are lots of hidden compartments, 2 key holders and best of all, a hidden compartment at the top and bottom. The quality of the bag is also good, considering my previous American tourister bag lasted well for the last 10 years before some part of the bag got torn(chains are still fine till this date).It is repairable and requires stitching a bit but I decided to buy another one and hence I bought this bag. The main benefit of the bag by American Tourister is its durability. Additionally, the bag might be a bit weighty than bags from other companies but hey, if the quality's good, then who cares. I usually do not bother with colors of the bag so any color is fine by me.

I received the bag which is good but the rain hood is missing from the product I do not like missing items from an order whether I will using the hood or not it's nice to have one if suddenly it starts raining.

I’ve been using American Tourister bags for over 8 years, and they have always been my preferred choice because of their durability. My previous bags easily lasted at least two years with regular use. Unfortunately, I’m disappointed with this purchase. The zipper started coming apart within just one year of normal use, which is far below the quality I expected from the brand. It feels like the product quality has declined compared to their earlier offerings. I hope American Tourister improves its quality standards, as the brand has always been known for reliability.
