Soup base is excellent
If you like Kansai-style udon, this soup base will be the best. It offers a more delicious broth than what you usually get at Japanese restaurants. I've used this product for a long time, and I was able to buy it for the cheapest price on Amazon. When I received it, I also noticed it had a long expiration date. Highly recommended!

Beste Suppe / best soup!
Das hier ist meiner Meinung nach die beste Suppe für nicht nur Udon Nudeln, sondern auch für andere arten von Suppen (Basis). Früher habe ich in der nähe von einem japanischen Supermarkt gewohnt, aber mittlerweile wohne ich im nirgendwo im Saarland. Es wäre so teuer den ganzen weg zu gehen um diese Packung zu kaufen… da ist es tatsächlich günstiger sie so zu bestellen. Die Packung kam per Fedex direkt aus Japan. Kein zoll, keine extra kosten. Hat sich absolut gelohnt! Gerne wieder! 5 Sterne!

Best soup base ever
This is so yummy, full of amazing, and versatile! I can make Japanese style omelet, make udon, hot pot, or even fried chicken seasoning. It's fine power so easy to dissolve too.
