Armor AR350 Low Gloss Wet Look Concrete Sealer 5 Gallon - Professional Grade Color Enhancing Solvent Based Acrylic Sealer for Exterior Concrete and Pavers - 350 VOC

(VOC 350 variety). Product was easy to spread using standard paint roller (3/8 inch nap) over our exposed concrete aggregate paint deck. With roller we were able to (1) get to the edges of coping stone and brick pavers without spilling over and (2) go back and forth at different angles to ensure even distribution. We needed 9.5 gallons for two good coats over 750 square feet of untreated new concrete aggregate and other concrete aggregate that hadn't been refreshed in 15 years. Looks great after drying - make the aggregate sparkle and pop. No puddles, no haze, no bubbling. We used a weak muriatic acid wash (1 part pool acid to 10 parts water) with a brush broom to clean the concrete first, rinsed, then let dry for two days. Great product. Delivered when promised.

We are very satisfied and completely amazed on how well this product blends perfectly and the gloss finish looks so even. It covered over 1300 square feet (formula said it would cover around 1100 square feet) and we still have close to 2/3rds of a gallon left over for touch up later. It took us just over 2 hours and we cannot stress to make sure you time applying it when the weather is perfect. Our driveway and porch are beautiful once again and considering it’s been since 2006, the concrete did absorb a lot of the product and it out performed the square footage that said it would cover. We highly recommend this Armor AR350! Excellent product. Excellent results.

After having numerous contractors tell me my stamped concrete could not be sealed I found this product. It is fabulous, seals the driveway and makes it look great. As with any chemicals you have to be careful applying it but its not hard to do and definitely worth it. I would highly recommend this product!

Desperate to seal our stamped concrete patio, and after finding nobody interested in doing this locally, I came across a great instructional video by Mike Day Concrete which referenced this product. I purchased this FoundationArmor solvent-based sealer, a sprayer, some Xylene and a roller, and I got down to business. The project couldn’t have been easier (just need a couple consecutive good weather days), and I am thrilled with the results.

I researched a lot before buying this. And just like most other reviews say, this is quality product. It was super easy to apply. I started with a roller but eventually realized that was going to take a looooong time. I bought a small hand pump sprayer from the big box store used that. It was easy to spray it down and then backroll it with the roller. One thing I do want to caution is the smell. It smells a lot and is heavy. It lingered for a day. You will notice, your neighbors will notice. Other than that follow the instructions on their product and website and you are good to go. The customer support is top notch. I called in because I had some Qs on my pavers and the person went above and beyond and for that alone I will buy this product again when I need to. The wet look for me wasnt wet look, I felt it slightly darkened my pavers which I really liked. I would love to see a more wet look which I believe can be achieved with other products in their line up.

Ordered in March 2025 and applied it September 8th. Very easy to apply with a sprayer. Looks fantastic! 2 coats applied and I'll buy again when it's time to reseal.

Cleaned and prepped the concrete per the instructions. Went on nicely and the results looked fantastic. Unfortunately after only about 9 months it started looking cloudy. I expected better, longer lasting, results from this product.

Easy application and coverage info is spot on! Well packaged for shipment in a very sturdy box. Will buy this product again in the future.
