I bought these as a natural alternative to over-the-counter anti-inflammatory medicines for my Fibromyalgia; I'm unable to take Ibuprofen because of a stomach problem. I was drawn to 'Time Health' because of the fantastic reviews the company has, so I was confident that I would be buying an excellent quality supplement. There is very little after taste; I take them about half an hour before my lunch and that, for me, seems to keep the flavour from repeating! So far, the Propolis has helped with my aches and pains, and that relief is worth paying a little extra for knowing they are actually working.

This Bee Propolis supplement contains 60 capsules is a fairly standard supplement container. The recommended dosage for the supplement is 1 capsule per day giving a total of 60 days supply. The capsules. The expiry date (on the base of the container) was 23 months after the delivery date. The container itself is just over 4 inches tall (10cm) by 1.9 inches across (4.75cm) . When opening the container and holding the open container to the nose there is a faint very pleasant smell. The capsules are I would estimate about 40% of the size of a standard itlti vitamin. The capsules have no detectable smell, are easy to swallow and have no noticeable taste or after taste. I have been taking bee propolis for some time for its potential benefits to me in relation to its anti-bacterial, anti-viral, anti-fungal and anti-inflammatory effects. The capsules are manufactured in the UK from Brazilian green propolis and are organic. They are manufactured to GMP standards, are vegetarian, gluten free and the container is recyclable. The price is slightly higher than some alternative bee propolis supplements (taking into account number and dosage) but the quality of the ingredients to me warrants the price.

Reviewed by my wife: I realise results can differ from person to person, but I have found this product amazing! I have been taking Bee Propolis for a couple of years for Rhinitis/ Hay Fever with reasonable results, but this organic Green Bee Propolis from Time Health is outstanding. I take one tablet per day, which works very well indeed. Other brands I need to take three or four tablets to make a difference. I have no problem taking the capsules which are quite small and tasteless. Absolutely recommend this. For me it really does work

I have been taking these capsules for about 2 weeks after seeing some information about how bee propolis can help boost your immune system, and help reduce inflammation, as I have multiple health problems and a weakened immune system I decided to try them. The capsules come in a glass bottle and are sealed inside the lid, they are fairly soft capsules and I find them very easy to swallow. I haven’t noticed any discernible smell from them. 2 weeks isn’t really long enough to know whether they help I haven’t really noticed any difference so far. There are 60 capsules so at 1 per day you have a 2 month supply, so price wise it’s not too expensive. I haven’t had any reactions to the product. I am hoping that these will help but only time will tell as I feel that you need to give supplements a chance to improve your health.
