I love this vacuum works awesome!!
I love this vacuum picks up dirt very well on tiles and carpet. I also have kittens and they make a mess with the litter and it does very well on picking it up as well. I recommend this if youโre looking for a cordless vacuum, this is the way to go only thing I can complain about the price, but it is well worth it. Definitely if you get it on the deal. I love the fact that it is cordless and the battery life lasts long enough for me to clean my whole house and it still has life left. It does not weigh much and the level of noise is bearable and the transition from carpet to tile is really great and easy to maneuver.

If this Dyson died today, I would be out getting another one.
If my Dyson broke today....I would be buying another one. I actually purchased this for my sister who is older and pushing an upright was too much for her. This thing "sucks"! Just what I want a vacuum to do. It has 3 suction levels for different surfaces. I like that the side of the head gets into tight corners around cabinets in the kitchen. It has attachments to get into window sills to catch dust. The long handle pops off to use for the car as a hand vacuum. The battery lasts a long time and I have yet to run out of battery time. We have ours in the garage right outside of the laundry room, so easy to get to and recharge on the recharging stand. You do need an outlet close. I have used this on tile, carpet and LVP, and the car! I don't work for Dyson but am majorly surprised at how much I like this. No bags to buy and easy to empty the container. I will say, if you have to get into the rollers to clean, it looks like a hassle, but there are tutorials on how to do this. Love the performance of the vacuum, was concerned at the initial cost, but bought one for my Sister.

Love this vac!
Itโs a Dyson! What can I say but, โWow!โ This thing cleans like no vacuum Iโve ever owned and is so easy to use without the bother of a cord. Recharges & last long enough for me to vacuum my upstairs & downstairs & still has juice left. Its pricey, but worth it!

The Dyson V11: A Probably Too Long Review
Our old Rocket vacuum needed replacing after 8 years, so I jumped on the holiday sale on the Dyson V11. Iโve used it for a couple weeks now, and I HAVE NOTES.โข The important bit: It sucks. The vacuumโs suction is very good. Especially compared to my old Rocket. (I cleaned and maintained the filters on the old vacuum, but it could not provide the suction the V11 does.)โขPackaging: Oh my god, so much packaging! Itโs a Russian nesting doll of packaging. The vacuum itself is inside a box which is inside another box which is inside a shipping box. But waitโฆ inside that last box? More boxes! Every single piece and attachment is packed inside its own box or nestles in an intricate support structure of cardboard. I mean, the pieces surely arenโt going to get damaged, but โฆso much packaging.โข The Battery: Good new and bad news. Itโs convenient to not have to stop to plug the old corded Rocket into a different outlet 4-5 times during vacuuming. The charging stand the V11 comes with makes it easy to recharge (if you can locate the stand near an outlet for the charging cord). HOWEVER, you get about 25 minutes of vacuuming time (at the recommended, medium power setting) on a full charge. For a four bedroom family home, that is not going to be enough! Iโd rather have to move a cord and get it done all in one go. Recharge time is a couple hours.โข The "Motorbar cleaning head" (the brush roller), designed to not get tangled with hair and string, works like a charm. I normally vacuum up a lot of long hair and dental floss, but not a strand stuck in the V11โs roller.โข The handle: The design of the handle is unexpectedly not ergonomical. Being aligned at 90 degrees to the shaft makes the V11 more difficult to push *forward* as your hand is naturally pushing more towards the floor. More importantly, there is a seam in the plastic casing of the vacuum body right above the trigger. The top of your finger will rub against this seam constantly. It will rub a sore on top of your finger.โข The trigger: Some people have complained about having to hold down the trigger to keep the vacuum running. I expected to have a problem with this, but I didnโt. Just holding the V11 in a normal way rests your finger on the trigger during use, and itโs so sensitive that I seldom release it accidentally. (The sensitivity is actually almost a problem, I sometimes accidentally trigger the vacuum just handling it.)โข Length: Itโs important. The grip of the V11โs handle is about 40" from the floor. The handle of my old Rocket was 42". As a 6โ2" older person, I have to bend a little more than I like to vacuum with the V11. Most people probably wonโt have that problem.โข Other notes: Because of physics, dust spinning around the inside of the plastic canister generates static electricity. If you touch the plastic casing during operation, you can get a little shock. Also, when removing the shaft and brush head to empty the dust canister, the shaft/head wonโt stand up by itself for you (something my old Rocket would do), it just falls over.In conclusion, I kind of wish my old Rocket still did the job, but at the end of the day, the Dyson V11 has superior vacuuming capability, and thatโs what you need. It has some pleasant features and some mildly annoying drawbacks, but itโs worth the holiday price.

The best vacuum Iโve owned!
If youโre posting a review on Amazon, Costco, Dyson, or Facebook, hereโs a polished 5-star review:โญโญโญโญโญ Absolutely Worth Every PennyI have been extremely impressed with my Dyson V11 Origin Cordless Vacuum. The suction power is incredible for a cordless vacuum and easily picks up dust, pet hair, crumbs, and debris from both hard floors and carpets. The battery life is excellent and lasts long enough for me to clean my entire home on a single charge, and I love being able to see the remaining runtime on the LCD screen. The V11 line is designed to provide up to 60 minutes of runtime and strong suction while remaining lightweight and easy to maneuver. (Dysonโ ๏ฟผ)One of my favorite features is how lightweight and convenient it is compared to dragging around a traditional vacuum. It quickly converts to a handheld vacuum, making it perfect for stairs, furniture, cars, and hard-to-reach areas. The attachments are useful, and the hair-detangling brush works surprisingly well. What really stands out is how much dirt and dust it picks up, even after Iโve already cleaned. My floors genuinely feel cleaner, and the vacuum is easy to empty and maintain. The cordless design makes cleaning faster and less of a chore, so I find myself vacuuming more often. After using it regularly, I can confidently say this is one of the best household purchases Iโve made. Powerful, convenient, well-built, and worth the investment. I would absolutely recommend the Dyson V11 Origin to anyone looking for a high-quality cordless vacuum. This version sounds authentic, detailed, and like it came from a real owner rather than marketing copy.

Best vacuum ever - worth every penny
We have had the Dyson for 6 months now. One of the best purchases of my life - for me a big expense has proved well worth the cost. What a timesaver. 3 wild kids. 2 lab dogs that shed constantly. We have irrigation so grass & leaves & dirt tracked inside. The Dyson handles it all with ease. Favorite features:>mobility under cabinets, corners & small spaces due to the rollerball - vacuuming goes fast & (yup) fun!>power - not a speck remains. Home is 1200 sq ft - battery life handles all rooms before the need to recharge.>adaptive tool heads make cleaning the crumbs, sand & other kiddo residue from truck seats & dog beds a breeze.>the canister is a dream design to empty down into the trashcan. No dust or blowback.I have no affiliation nor recompense for this review. Thank you Dyson & Amazon!

So how does it count to a billion?
Dyson has always sucked, which is a good thing for a vacuum, you want it to. :)This is a very smart device and has a lot of uses, definitely more than I know what to do with. The detachable vacuum converting it to a hand vac is really nice. I will say though that how it counts particles I have no idea, but you will see them, if you are a child of the 80s and are addicted to the "high score" mentality. This vacuum really packs a punch, it works great on hardwood as well as carpet and I don't even need to transition it. It has a ton of attachments for about anything and it's not heavy or hard to move around except when it is deeply cleaning something. It's a manageable size too.So, a lot of great things to say, but there are some glaring bad ones. Really, I didn't have the heart to give this 3 stars because of how well it otherwise works. The bad: The attachments they give, some just don't seem to work like on their videos, for example the car. But that leads me to the videos, which really are the worst part of this vacuum. For a cleaning idiot like me, the videos are short and really explain nothing. They are made for people who already know and just give images for the most part what to do. They should explain things, and their app is trash for this. They should offer this on a much bigger screen with more detail.Overall, a worth it vacuum, the battery also does our whole house well and could probably do 3 whole cycles in our home on one charge.

A powerful lightweight vac with long lasting battery
Best vaccum. This is the 3rd Dyson I have owned and it is the usual great quality. Vaccum is light weight and easy to maneuver. Our home is 1600 sq ft and I can clean the entire place on a single charge with power left over. It has 3 suction speeds. The canister is a good size and is easy to empty. The attachments are easy to put on and take off. I know Dyson vacs are $$$ but they last for years without mechanical problems. I replaced the battery 1x on my last Dyson and it worked well for 8 years.

Unbelievable
I am going on 79 and I have so many vacuums in my life like Kirby, Electrolux, Shark and too many to mention, but I have never had one that worked as well as this cleaner, easy to use, suction is unbelievable and the accessories just blew me away, I can only say good things about it and though it was pricey it was worth every penny, cant go wrong with this puppy LOL

Vacuum does it's job well but does not hold up over time
The swivel part of the vacuum broke after 6 months of usage and yes I use my vacuum daily so it's gotten a lot of use. But for it to break in 6 months? That means I paid 100.00 a month to use a vacuum. I called dyson and they offered me 20% off a new vacuum or I could purchase a new part for $200.00 and it's on backorder so they can't even give me a date it would come in. Dyson gets cheaper and cheaper with their products. The plastic is garbage. This is not the first time I've had the plastic parts break on a Dyson but they do the job very well so I continue to buy their products- It's just not meant to last.

Good quality, suction could be better
Happy with the battery life. Suction not as strong as expected on the normal settings, way better on the max settings but it reduces the battery life.
