Did not work for me
This has had absolutely no impact on the ear wax in my left ear. In fact I have to say my blockage, after using this, is much worse. The spiral attachment reaches some of the wax and just seems to push the test further down towards my ear drum. I am really disappointed with it and baffled by the other positive reviews.

Genuinely not worth it.
Got this on the cheap because didn’t want to pay £20~ for the Tviddler I’d seen.Gave it a few tries but honestly, this just doesn’t work. The nibs are too short so you end up with the white hard plastic touching your ear and they’re too thin.Might work on kids but not something I can say I’d recommend. We just threw it away.
