When it arrived and I realized that it was filled with Tomoe River paper (68gsm), I was so happy. It makes writing and taking notes a joy when using fountain pens. I wrote the sample with one of my wetter inks and I had no problem with any bleed-through or feathering. I can write so smoothly and effortless on this paper. I think it's getting harder to find the Tomoe River paper in notebooks, so finding out that Lochby uses it was a great find! Glad I ordered it. Note: Took two photos of the paper, as the lighting altered the color. It's not pure white, nor is it creamy, but rather a nice off-white. A pleasant color. Smooth Writing For All Of You Tomoe River Fans!

Well built journal
