How much stock does 1 cube make?

I use it for fish dishes, so with 1 cube I use 3/4 cup water, 1/2 cup dry white wine and 1/2 cup heavy cream. This gives you 1 3/4 cups of gravy.

The description says "Fish Stock Cubes", but the picture shows "The Ham Cube". If I order this item what will I get? I want fish cubes.
