Excellent!.
These slant boards are just what I needed to stretch calves, etc for physical therapy. There are 3 pieces - two smaller ones can be fitted together to match the larger one. They are sturdy and do not slip.

Helpful for post surgery recovery
I got this to help with recovery from foot and calf surgery. I used something similar with the physical therapist and liked it, so I bought this. I like that it is adjustable and helps me get a good stretch in my calf. So far, I only use it to stretch my calves, but eventually I may use it for more exercises.

Great for calf stiffness
This slant board for calf stretching is an excellent product for a sore or stiff calf, rehabilitation, and stretching exercises. The slant is similar to the one used in physical therapy. It is good quality, firm and made durable/strong. The slant board has brought me back to life by giving a deep stretch to my calf and helping me walk better after ankle surgery. The middle slant is about 4 inches high and provides deep good stretch to my incredibly stiff ankle. I use it every time I get up to stretch and prevent stiffness. The shorter slants are about an inch high which will be good when I exercise and wish to incorporate these with squats or other stretching. It is non slip and supports rehabilitation from injury- highly recommend.

Working as they should
Work as they should. Seems like they are sturdy. Donโt slip around on the carpet. Very light for the size. They are designed to stack together for easy storage.

Good Quality Product
I have seen some critical reviews of this product. I can state that these boards are perfect for me. Although they weigh almost nothing, they are good quality pieces. I received mine yesterday and have had no problem with feet slipping. I wear running shoes when I use them. They have helped me preform squats much deeper than when I was not using them.

Sturdy and adjustable
I have arthritis in my knees. Did physical therapy for a bit and they said I should continue the routine at home. Had to get a wedge. This is great. For Styrofoam it's really sturdy. And you can put them together to make different angels. Perfect for what I need.

Slant Boards for Exercises/Stretches
Product is just as advertised. Designed pretty well, no issues with getting them apart when needed, and they barely weigh anything, another plus. I have been using them to stretch my hamstrings and to work on some single-leg knee exercises, but they can also be used for calf stretches, ankle stretches, etc. Great little addition if most of your exercise is done at home. They aren't slick, but be cautious with socks on anyway, and what kind of floor you set them on. I have almost all carpet in my apartment, and they will catch on it pretty often, so just an FYI. All in all, pain-free experience so far, and I think they will be a big help with my knee pain.
