Absolutely love these occlusion bands!
I honestly don’t like doing my glute workouts without them now! They’re comfortable, easy to use, and give me such a great burn during my workouts. I feel like I get so much more out of my glute exercises when I use these. They stay in place well and have become a must-have part of my workout routine. I definitely recommend these if you’re focusing on your glutes!

Velcro will tear into uour leggings if u are not careful lining up the strap
They are good but you have to keep them very tight or they will slip down. Also have to watch the velcro as they slip down they will tear into your leggings. Just has a pair of brand new gymreapers shredded while working out because the corner of the vemcro rubbed the fabric so yeah watch out

Good
Rather disappointed that the pink line is in the inside instead of the outside as shown. But they do what they are meant to do.

Love them
I use these all the time. I have thicker thighs so it would’ve been nice if they were wider. But over all I love them
