For tiny fingers that usually fits a size 4. Is the size 5 about the same for tiny fingers like will it roll around on my finger or will it stay still

If you wear a size 4 and order this in a size 5 it will be a bit big and will roll around. I wear a size 5 and it’s true to size. It stays in place for me but again, I wear a size 5.

Is the back of the setting open...does the stone touch your skin?

The back of the setting is flat. The stone does not touch your skin. I really love this ring.

Is it real rose quartz?

No and it’s not real silver either. Don’t waste your money

I read a few negative reviews, but decided to take a chance for the low price.I'm glad I did. I love this little ring. Yes, the rose gold paint has faded some after a month of continuous wear (even in the shower). But it still looks nice and the stone has held up well. I like that it came in a size 5 to fit my skinny fingers too. It doesn't roll around and stab my other fingers.I recommend this cheap ring, especially if you're a normal person and take your jewelry off when you sleep or shower. It should hold up really well.

Great little ring for a decent price. The packaging was very cute, & I appreciated the special care instructions. This would be a great holiday gift for friends that isn’t too expensive. Will definitely purchase from HONEYCAT in the future!

It is cute and a nice ring. The rose quartz is in the setting "backward" like other reviews state, so the pointy end sticks up. I have the Honeycat opal ring and the opal stone is rounded-- I think this would be better like that. However, it hasn't caused any problems for me and I still love the ring.
