Alexander Dreymon is a wonderful actor in the series The Last Kingdom. He was born a Viking but as a young boy was taken by the Anglo-Saxons and raised Saxon. He was the son of the King of Bebbanburg and was to inherit its leadership until he was taken by the Saxons. This movie is about the forming of England and involves how Alexander Dreymon as Uhtred not only fights for the establishment of England {Saxon ruled} but fights to get his own heritage back, i.e. Bebbanburg. Dreymon's acting is phenomenal and in the last season, Uhtred gets Bebbanburg back as its ruler. Seven Kings Must Die ends the series as fighting is still going on for the establishment of England. Sadly, Uhtred is the 7th or last king to die with a great performance on how it ended. This movie is very worth watching.

Fitting end to a magnificent series "The Last Kingdom".
This was a fitting end to a stellar Viking (Danes on the show) television series. If you loved the History Channels "Vikings", your really gonna love "The Last Kingdom" and this companion movie. Watch the series first or this movie doesn't make sense.

Great Again
Fantastic as usual. All seasons of the Last Kingdom can be viewed over and over. Never tire of them. Setting, writing, history, remarkable acting. Thank you for writing the Saxon Chronicles Bernard Cromwell...and then allowing it on film. I have read all the books...and relish in the DVDs. My life is much better having the finest warrior of England in it.

A great addition to The Last Kingdom TV series
A fitting conclusion to the The Last Kingdom series. My one dissatisfaction is that Utred (as a character) never aged at all visually (Alexander Dreymon portrayed him over the course of over 4 decades, yet his appearance never changed). And Utred never seemed to grow emotionally or intellectually either. [Granted this is a TV series based on Bernard Cornwell's books and only loosely based on the actual real person Utred of Bebbanburg.]

A satisfying end to a superb series
My only criticism would be that everyone seemed to age except our hero. Having said that, it sewed up all the loose ends very nicely.

Great Bookend to the 5 seasons of the Last Kingdom
This was a great addition to my personal collection. Loved the series and loved the ending not this movie. Worth every penny.

Pour utilisation à la maison. Divertissement personnel. La présentation du produit m'a déçue. Photo sur le coffret de basse qualité et l'insertion des disques est difficile. Il faut enlever plusieurs cédés pour avoir accès à celui qu'on désire. Je n'ai pas encore osé regarder le contenu. La prochaine fois, je vais me méfier des compagnies "autres" qui vendent des produits de cette catégorie chez vous.
