Very happy with this brand of vitamin E. Ease of use. This pill is a little larger, if have a problem swallowing it may be more difficult for you. I am happy, value for your money.

Hours of research later, and this is my most recent choice for vitamin E with the tocopherols and tocotrienols. Tough choices these days! Doctor Mercola reminds us to get all eight types, and then there are additives, production processes and the capsule itself!It's a larger, gelatine like capsule that goes down easily. Fat soluble, so don't take too much and these work for one a day. I have just begun with this brand and haven't noticed any ill effects.And though I avoid seed oils, as everyone should, this supplement is suppose to be derived from organic sunflower oil, with all components intact.I'm not familiar with the brand, but the stated information checked all of the boxes for vitamin E. Only time will tell.

I take vitamin E for health reasons. To find a capsule that contains all 8 variations of it is amazing! I like it. There are no side effects that I’m aware of. I like it enough that I now have a subscription through Amazon. I would recommend it to anyone who takes vitamin E supplements.

Best vitamin e out there. My skin is radiant! I'm 45 and I look to be in my 30s. I noticed results after the first bottle and kept using it and it just got better. Combined with a good Korean skin care, exercise and healthy eating and other supplements designed for radiant skin.

This Vitamin E is a savour for nails. Do you have nail discolouration, brittle nails, or even bumps on your nails? This product helps fix that. It is also good for skin and hair. You will notice an overall difference when you start taking this product.It is not the easiest pill to swallow, due to shape, so take it alone.I recommend buying 3 at a time for a better price.
