Excellent performance and very easy to use
This cleaner is perfect for everyday floor maintenance, especially in homes with kids or high foot traffic. It’s lightweight, easy to maneuver, and requires very little effort to operate. It effectively picks up both wet and dry messes in one pass and leaves floors feeling genuinely clean. The self-cleaning feature is very convenient and makes maintenance simple. Since I started using it, floor cleaning takes less time and feels much less like a chore. Definitely worth the investment.

Don't Worry about the Brown Box
First, I rarely post reviews of any product, but the lack of information on Tineco's site and Amazon prompted me to do so. Like many, I purchased an S7 Pro, which arrived in a BROWN box. The shipper box label did reference the S7 Pro as the description; I wasn't concerned as I understand some companies pack their Products in a Shipper box or Retail Box (the White Box) that many referenced in other comments. Retail boxes are usually for brick-and-mortar stores so the consumer can view product features when they compare the products in the store. Retail boxes are often not sturdy enough to ship independently and must be shipped inside another box to hold up during transport. Now that we have the Box out of the way, I, too, was concerned that the model I received did not have "ULTRA" mode. When you download the manual online for the S7 Pro, it lists "Ultra" Mode instead of "Custom." The manual I received only described the "S7 Series". The model number listed for the S7 Pro is FW200300US, but the model number on the box I got is FW221100US. I assumed I needed to download the Tineco App to unlock the "Ultra" Mode, so I logged in and paired my device, but the Device Name was "Floor One S7." Again, I did not see "Pro." Looking at the website, I did not find a model number until I looked at the rollers, which have version 1 and version 2. The roller I have looks like Version 1, but it says it's for "Tineco FLOOR ONE S7 PRO/S5/S5 PRO 2 Replacement Brush Roller," but the radio button name is "S5/S5 Pro," and the other radio button is "S7 Pro (FW200300US)" which was not the model I got. If you click next to the comment for "For Tineco FLOOR ONE S6/S7 Pro(SKU FW200300US) Smart Vacuum Cleaners," the answer you get is "Specially designed for Tineco Floor One S7 Pro (order before July 10, 2024)." I admit I still don't know which one I need to order, and it's unclear which is which, but that is Future Me's problem. At this point, I was pretty sure I got the wrong device. Like the other reviews, I got an S7 and not an S7 Pro, even though a base S7 is not listed on their site. So, after reaching out to Tineco's support team for the last few days, they were very responsive and quick to address everything I noticed and the comments. They confirmed, based on the Model and Serial number I gave them, that it was, in fact, an S7 PRO. They stated that the FW200300US has been discontinued, which explains the 2 different roller versions and the comment about "Ordered before July 10, 2024." The comment from the Tineco Support Team: We received feedback from our support team. Please note that this machine is an improved Floor One S7 Pro version. The old version has been discontinued. Based on the feedback from some user groups about the complicated operation of the machine, we simplified the design of the handle and display, and removed the Ultra mode; Tineco is committed to providing easy-to-use machines for all user groups. In addition, the new version of S7 Pro uses soft-pack batteries for the first time in the cleaning appliances industry, which improves the battery life and reliability. The roller brush motor has been improved and can rotate in both directions, which can keep the roller brush fluffy and more durable; Regarding the dirt water tank, it has also been completely upgraded. The new filter device can effectively separate solids and liquids, making it more convenient to clean and maintain after daily use. The graphite pole piece that will not rust can be used to detect the water level, which significantly reduces the failure rate of sensor false alarms. Please don't worry, the machine you received is the correct model according to the serial number, pictures and details you provided. Sorry for the long review, but I thought it was important to understand that I went through all the questions and concerns many of you may have when receiving the device. All in all, I have been using the device for a month, and I love it. I can clean my main floor and part of my basement before the battery dies, about 2,000-3,000 Sqft. I may need to refill the water twice, as there is still some in there from the last clean, and empty the dirt water twice. Tineco Q&A does note that if you don't use the Tineco solution, it could use more water and require more frequent refills and dumping because of the bubbles. So far, it's been a great purchase; I have been eying it for about 6 months, and glad I finally pulled the trigger.

Warning!!! I Do Not Recommend this product!!!!
If I could give this product 0 Stars I would! I recommend you DO NOT BUY!! Planned obsolescence must be this company’s motto and I feel scammed. I was very impressed with the product when I first bought it. It was the top of the line at the time I paid over $800! I’m not rich but what the hell I splurged to make our lives easier and cut our cleaning time in half by not having to vacuum before mopping. The floor cleaner worked well and we were happy with it. It cleans close to the wall and the charge was (usually) just long enough to complete my whole downstairs area. It left my floors with a nice clean shine (much better than my steam mop or my Bissel Crosswave which I used before the Tineco). Although I do believe the manual scrubbing with a steam mop cleans deeper but doesn’t leave the floors with a nice even shine. Weeks after the 2 year warranty expires the machine just stops charging. I contacted the company who looked up my purchase info and assured me I was under warranty and told me they would send an email for return/repair and to follow the instructions. The email instructions requested the purchase info which I provided again with a promised follow up email. The next email I received was that machine was no longer under warranty, however a 1 time courtesy would be extended for repair and a shipping label was sent with VERY specific packing instructions and box dimensions. I was told it would take 7-10 days from when they recorded the machine to fix and return it. At this point I was actually impressed with their customer service. At least they were willing to fix it. Unfortunately I waited 2 weeks and heard nothing. I contacted the company via email and was told that unfortunately my machine could not be repaired and was sent for recycle. As a token of their appreciation I was offered a 5% discount on a new machine. WHAT!!! WTH?!?! $800+ for 2 years and 3 weeks of time before it crapped out. If you think whatever you are paying is worth it only lasting 2 years…go for it. Other minor issues while using - says there’s a dirty water tank when it’s not even 1/4 full..but only does this sometimes and it won’t let you keep cleaning until it’s empty -it changed languages and was annoying to get back to English -need to fill the water tank about 3-4 times to finish the floors and about 8 times of emptying the dirty water tank

This is the bomb!!!
This machine is not like anything I have ever seen or had before. It is super easy to use. I made sure all of the big crumbs were off of the floor before I used this. As I started using it, I found that I didn’t really have to push it back-and-forth. All I had to do was guide it because it is self-propelled. It just kind of glides almost sometimes like it’s floating. It picked up everything. The vacuum on it is very good. I was expecting to see wet from the water and mopping, but did not see any water. I bent Down to see if it was wet. And it was. It did a remarkable job Cleaning my floors. I couldn’t be happier. I noticed on dirtier spots, I could push Max and it would clean it really good and then put it back on auto. It talks to you and tells you what to do and I did not find that annoying at all. When I was through cleaning, I put it back on its dock and loved the fact that it was self cleaning the roller. I emptied the dirty water and oh my word. I couldn’t believe how black the water was. I didn’t realize that floor was that dirty, but it seemed to have gotten it all. And it had all kind of gunk in the water that I didn’t even see on the floor. Love love love this machine. I went ahead and spent a little bit of extra money on getting this Particular Machine for two reasons. Number one. It rolled back-and-forth with ease. And number two, because of the battery power. It said that it would go for 45 minutes. I cleaned about 500 ft.² of floor and when I got through, I had 18% power left. Had I’ve gotten a machine that was less than 45 minutes, I would have not been able to finish until it recharged which takes 4 to 5 hours. I am thrilled with this Machine.

WHAT A GREAT MACHINE
This is a great machine that makes my wood floors look fabulous. With 2 geriatric dogs that have accidents, this machine restores my floors. It is top of the line and I am glad I opted to spend more for this as it is self propelled and easy to work with. It comes with an extra roller and filter and the run time is extraordinary. I have also purchased a Tineco cordless vac too. Their products are well designed and work great. Their less expensive models work well too so you can’t go wrong with any model you buy. Their cleaning fluid only requires a capful and lasts a long time. They have sales too so I bought a large bottle of cleaning fluid since I clean the floors regularly. To think I used to get on my hands and knees to clean my floor, this machine has saved my knees.

My floors are clean
I grabbed this while it was on sale for Prime Day. Mopping is such a pain, even with the mop bucket with two chambers and the spin mop. I am tall and always end up sweating and with back pain by the time I am done since our entire home is hardwoods, not to mention the mop heads and water I have to constantly switch out. Pros: Quiet enough and the sound is low pitch and doesn't annoy me. I can easily have a conversation while I am mopping with it. Dries almost instantly My floors have never been this clean Feels smooth to use, almost meditative. Easy to clean(** With one gripe) Can yell expletives at it when it tries to tell you what to do Cons: **To run the self clean on the roller, the unit has to have enough battery life to do it, thus far I have discovered 20% is not enough and 30% is enough, but if I want to clean my entire bottom floor(about 1800 sq ft) I use up almost all of the battery. I have to remember to go back and run it, and after you run it, you need to clean out the dirty water bin, so I have to set a timer to go back and run the cycle and then clean. Heaven help me if I forget because the smell will run me out of house and home. It also tells you to empty and clean the dirty water bin when you put it on the base but if you do that, you will have to do it again after the brush cleaning runs. Also, it has no internal "Hey maybe don't start working" when it is missing pieces, if you forgot to put the dirty water bin back, it will still run. If you forgot to put the cover on the roller, it will still run. I don't know who can use this as a main vacuum, but it isn't me. We have a Bernese Mountain Dog, and even with a Roomba running 3x a day, I still have to vacuum prior to using this. The hair situation otherwise is gag worthy. It takes about five hours to charge Not worth $800, even the $550 I paid is a stretch. Concerns about longevity and company customer service

Great quality.Cordless top of the line with flash drive is the best
I went with the top of the line at 7 with this flash dry glad I paid the extra money works great on daily use, 2200 square feet of tile. Some of the more ground in dirt , you might have to use a magic eraser and get deep into it , but this is perfect does the job well long-lasting battery and I like that. You can swap out the brush rolls after you use it for a while and get a new one.New filter included and a new extra brush roll.So that was good.It picks up hair dirt grime

No replacement battery
I bought the s7 switch when on sale and was soo excited to receive and try it. The suction on the vacuum while on “max mode” is great! The rollers do get tangled on my hair, but it’s quite easy to take apart and clean after each use. I have a 1700sqft single story home and the battery lasts just enough to get a vacuum in. I have to put the battery back on the charger for hours in order to be able to use the vacuum/mop unit. The vacuum/mop unit maneuvers incredibly well, and sucks up even whatever hair and dust I missed while vacuuming. Although it has a self clean function, the roller does not fully dry, causing it to smell like dumpster juice. So one of the biggest, and probably most expensive, advertised feature of this unit isn’t executed well. I do take apart the unit and clean after each use/cleaning cycle is completed. I’ve only had this unit for a few months and the battery seems to be draining faster lately. When checking Amazon and Tinecos website, it appears they do not sell replacement batteries for this unit! Luckily I purchase the extended warranty, so hopefully Tineco is easy to work with, once I get to that point. It’s so satisfying to see how dirty the water is after each use, but it still does not replace a traditional mopping. This is more so an everyday maintenance mop than a deep cleaning type mop. Regardless, it still increased my quality in life by reducing the amount of times I have to mop to only once a week. Update: Changing my review from 3 to 4 stars because Tineco did reach out to me after I posted this view to confirm that they do not sell additional batteries. But, since it hadn’t even been 3 months since my purchase, and I purchased the warranty, they mailed me a replacement battery! In comparison to the original battery, it holds charge much better! Super satisfied with their customer service; just bummed they also confirmed the vacuum with the s7 Switch does not have replacement filters and rollers for sale thru Amazon nor their website directly. Because of this and the fact that I had to get a replacement battery after 2 months of use, I can’t say the product is 5 stars, especially with its price tag. But their customer service is definitely 5 stars!
