These chews are surprisingly delicious—more like a fruity morning treat than anything resembling beets. I’ve been using them for about a year to support blood pressure and overall heart health. While they’re not a miracle fix, I do feel they’ve helped bring my diastolic numbers into a more normal range. Each chew is individually wrapped in an easy-to-open foil, which I prefer over the wax paper used by some other brands. I also appreciate that they include CoQ10, eliminating the need for an additional supplement. My only real complaint is the container lid—it’s extremely hard to open, and anyone with arthritis may find it especially challenging. The price is on the higher side, but if you’re already taking multiple supplements, these chews can simplify things into one tasty daily bite. I highly recommend.

I will say this helps with BP no doubt. I have had a few rough days where in the morning mine would be 140/90, take these after my low dose med and by noon down to 124/78. Taken in tandem with low dose has done wonders for me, and I feel better as well as beets are so good to help pump oxygen in your blood. My number at Dr yesterday was 100. Perfect. Never had that happen before. CoQ10 is so important as well. They taste good but that sticky gum like ick, then stick on teeth thing not good. Wish they could be softer and and not take so long to chew as worried about older teether. Why a 1/2 point off. Solid 4.5.

Before I started taking these I was getting headaches 4-5 times a week. Mostly small annoying headaches but always at least 1 day a week with a rougher headache. I went to my doctor and they thought it might have been blood pressure and stress related. They had me check my BP every day for a week and my BP was in normal healthy range. I had recently had lost a very loved family member and they think that and work related stress/stress in general was the cause of it. Fast forward 13 months later and the headaches came back. This time I had not lost anyone. I had a little bit of stress at work but nothing crazy. I started taking these and drinking 20 ounces of water as soon as I woke up. Fast forward to today, 4 weeks after starting them and I have not had any horrible/bad headaches and no headaches after the first week of taking these and drinking water first thing in the am. If you are going through something similar then I recommend you start taking these! Of course talk to your doctor first! ***I am NOT a doctor and I am only disclosing my own experience.***
