I have tried several different types of supplements and I have tried different companies for the same supplements. I've figured out that not all supplements are created equal. This supplement helps with so many different things, it's very helpful as an everyday pill to help maximize your own potential and wellbeing. It has different health benefits depending on when you are taking the supplement. I definitely recommend this "new" "miracle" supplement. Look into it. Definitely give Toniiq a try. They have consistently gone the extra mile, to bring great quality products into the mainstream. I highly recommend this supplement, as well as the company. Third-party tested. Ashwagandha has been shown to improve testosterone levels in men so there are LOTS of companies trying to cash in on it. Some of them are selling trash. I know when I buy a Toniq product it is pure and real. O.K., on to the results. I sleep so much better. You know the feeling of your head spinning thinking about every thought in your head as soon as your head hits the pillow? Yeah, me too. This helps that. My overall mood is better. I haven't gotten even the sniffles since I've been taking it. As far as the testosterone who knows? I haven't had my blood tested for it so I don't know. Regardless this ashwagandha has helped me immensely. No more valium or xanax to relax. I guess that covers it. Two points here: Ashwagandha works and Toniq makes supplements you can trust. We are repeat purchasers and will continue to be so. I can tell the difference in my husband when he does not take it. he is moody and irritable. I make sure he is stocked up. Yes, he can do it on his own. No, I am not in charge of him. I just love him and want him to be happy.

So I was diagnosed with anxiety about 12yrs ago. For the first 10yrs I was prescribed and took Vistaril and Gabapentin, they both worked and stabilized me the issue was that after taking them for so many years I started to have side effects mainly from the Gaba and tolerance build up on both so I stopped taking them and decided to try natural supplements and found Ashwangda works wonders. I have taken the brand Youththeory with KSM everyday for the past 2yrs and they have helped tremendously. A few weeks ago I had ran out and couldn't wait the week it would take for them to come so I researched and came across this brand and received them the next day. I've been taking them for a month now and while they work I notice that they are not better than the Youththeory brand, there not as strong and need to be taken more often. This is just my opinion though there price definitely reflects there effectiveness, but not a bad second choice at all!!

Great for Gad a form of severe anxiety. I take one in the morning and don't get anxiety all day and night.
