This Stopped my Neck Pain!
I almost didn't buy this because I read so many bad reviews saying it was too hard and uncomfortable. But, I am SO glad I did. I has changed my life! I LOVE it. It is firm, about the same feel as a car headrest (I am using it in my Honda Pilot). I ordered this and another squishy smaller Samsonite one as well. This one is exactly what I needed; something to fill the gap between my head & the headrest. So good!!! No more neck pain!

Very helpful FIRM neck support for my '23 Kia Telluride!
I have a lower back issue so I got a lumbar cushion that comes up to mid-back which left my neck "hanging" as a result, and this neck pillow from the trusted brand was a God-send! Now, my neck is nicely and firmly supported (none of that squishy stuff!) and I feel that its pointed design just about perfectly fills and supports the nape of my neck which made for a much more relaxed neck & shoulders during my drives. I would recommend this to every driver!

Extremely uncomfortable due to how hard it is.
I have owned rocks that are softer than this pillow. The build quality seems nice but what is the point of a pillow that has absolutely 0 give?

Nice color match, easy install, comfortable
Used for a 2025 Subaru Crosstrek with grey cloth interior. Note that in the photo I have a seat cover in use. The pillow is a closer match to the actual seat.

Too hard
I bought a lot of these. This was by far the best quality but it's way too hard. It has too much support so it actually caused more problems instead of solving.

The product provides an option to rest your head and neck, without the product, I experienced significant neck strain. The product does not provide sufficient “soft”/supportive comfort to address complete muscle fatigue whilst driving. The foam could be a lot better. Having purchased already, my recommendation is purchase to address approximately 40% of fatigue and muscle strain, but the product itself could be much better!
