I bought a set of two pillows from Amazon on 22-01-2026. One of the two pillows lost it's fluffiness and support only after a couple of days use. The other one is however OK. First I contacted Amazon customer care service and they suggested me to write a mail to Frido at [email protected] which I did. Also I tried to reach Frido through social media. Initially they did all the drama of asking me to share my contact details and order ID. I shared the details asked for alongwith the invoice from Amazon. After three days I just got their response asking me to connect with Amazon customer care in this regard. I am feeling helpless and cheated. Amazon is directing me to the brand who in turn are directing me back to Amazon for the resolution. I recommend people to think wisely before purchasing Frido products. Thank you. Update - Today on 03-03-2026 Amazon has also refused to take note of the issue and provide resolution stating that the brand does not provide warranty for the pillows. You have breached the trust. Update on 28-03-2026- After repeated pursuing the issue with Frido, I have finally received the replacement for the originally purchased pillows.This time it appears that they have provided even lower category/quality pillows. The pillows are too soft and don't provide any support. Please don't go by their advertisements on the social media. They are fooling us by making big claims about their quality.Complete waste of money and time. Not a single call from the customer care department to know the details of the issue being faced and provide swift resolution & apology. It was me who kept on poking them all the time and the communication was through messages only. Now I feel that I have suffered enough and don't have much time and patience to deal with such heedless people. I have decided to throw these pillows out with GARBAGE tomorrow morning,finally putting a stop to the mental agony and accepting my loss.
