Top Notch Stuff!
A friend was helping with my barn roof. He told me I needed to get something for the fiberglass panels that were 45 years old. I picked this out because it sounded like it would work. He started painting this on one of the panels and yelled down, "This is great stuff! Where did you get it?! I can't believe how good this works!" It darkened the panels, but the same light came in from them inside the barn. A super coating! You must be very careful when using this because the vapors will do a job on you if you are not careful. Good masks and a nice breeze work perfect.

Restores dried out shingles
I had a spot on an older roof that needed to be replaced but I was planning on replacing it in a few months when the weather was nicer and i had the time. This stuff did a great job helping reseal the area where water had come through during a heavy storm. It smells like rubber cement and seems to have a slightly runnier consistency. With these shingles being extremely old and dried out, it didn't spread extremely far but filled in every gap quite in the granules nicely. I was able to use a brush to push it around the whole area. It's similar to putting on a thick asphalt sealer on a blacktop driveway but it is clear and made for shingles. Since the shingles were old and a lot of the connective material has disappeared, you could definitely tell a difference as it made these flat instead of the dried out granular top. The whole section where I put it looks much shinier than the old section. It probably brings it back to looking like a new shingled area. It did the job to seal it quite well; it's just definitely noticeable where you put it on an old roof.

Large gaps require several coats.
Small gaps seal ok but wider openings require several coats. Be sure to let it dry between coats.

A Good Brushable Sealant
This stuff is exactly what I have been looking for. Other products were very thick and after only a year on my roof have started to split. In fact this stuff is so good it has kept the rain away from our home, except for a couple of showers, for about 3 months now! Regrettably, our water bill has gone up keeping the yard alive. :)

wear disposable gloves
I bought this to seal up six leaking seams in rain gutters. My problem was gutters were 24 feet high and I had a 16 foot ladder, so you can do the math. The paint brush I used on a 8 foot pole could not apply this sealant with enough pressure to be effective. You really need to put his on with heavy brush strokes loaded with the sealant and unfortunately I was not in the position on the ladder to do that heavy enough. After sealing up six seams with one coat, it rained 48 hrs later and all seams still leaked. Im not giving up on the product. I'll try to heavy brush it on once I rent a 28 ft ladder. But, to be effective, I believe you have to brush it on from a foot away with heavy pressure strokes and lots of the sealant on the paint brush. Also, its real sticky so wear disposable gloves to make clean up much easier.

Very thin liquid like water drips through leak to fix
Product was very thin like water. It slipped right through my leak. I was hoping for a thicker product that could cover the leak, but no luck, surprised by how thin it dripped right through as you can see in the photo of liquid dripped to the ground, and in the other photo of the gutter you can still see the hole with the light is showing. I did not recommend this product unfortunately I didn’t try it till later so I cannot return.

Awsome product
Applied to chimney flashing leak. this stuff finds holes and seals. Thin and flows enough to get into cracks yet thick enough to control where you want it. Used many different roof patches and sealers, this one beats everything. One application, no more leaks.

Very impressed. Performed exactly as stated and sorted my leaky roof.
Used this to repair/seal a lead lined bay window roof and I am very impressed. The tin arrived in perfect condition, the lid was securely sealed with metal clips and the contents were complete. Tips: mix/stir very well before use to make sure the fibreglass strands are mixed back into the paint (only the black and grey paints I think). Wear a good quality face mask as the paint gives off very strong vapours. The instructions warn you of this. Apply a couple of coats depending on the nature of and damage to the surface being painted. I applied 3 coats to be sure, but the 3rd was overkill to be honest. Very pleased and impressed with the product. It's sorted the problem for me.

Crusade to cure leak stemming back decades
We have a problem chimney, or a problem wall, or both. It’s the bane of my existence. Some people talk about ghosts haunting them. We don’t have ghosts but our damp wall haunts me. I’m sure there’s multiple issues, but one thing is for certain is that a drip comes down from the top of the chimney stack. I had new pots fitted and new flaunching. And still the bar steward leaked. Cue more scaffolding and I got up and had a look myself. The new flaunching had cracked, I can’t blame the workmen, I guess it’s the nature of the beast. So I bought this stuff. Facebook is full of periodic building buffs who claim I’ll be going to hell for using this product on a historic property, but you know what? It seems to have stopped our chimney leak from the top. I applied it with a brush. It’s quite thick but also runs if you’re not careful. So apply thinly and add additional coats of needed. It dries relatively quickly and gives a silicon seal looking film over the material applied to. Placing a hose on it generated no leaks, have I succeeded in solving one of my issues with my nemesis wall? Will it last? I don’t know. I hope so, as scaffolding is £500 a pop is too expensive to keep messing around with. But initial results are encouraging.

Does what it says on the tin
Used this a few weeks ago to repair a small cement crack above my bay window. I have not seen the annoying damp patch inside the bay window since.

does the job
i used it on a resin water feature that i've tried all sorts of other things on and they have not worked. this seems really good so far but its early days. i also used it on a damp corner wall. it dries glossy so make sure you keep it neat because it will show. i used a small roller and it was very easy to put on - liberally. i did it on a warm sunny day.i ensured i completed the job as quickly as possible. i didnt keep going over it. do a proper job the 1st time and you'll be ok. wear gloves, very sticky. strong smelling but it wears off when dry.
