Wow! This is a must for those postpartum cramps. I have 3 kiddos and with each child they get worse. This was a life saver with my 3rd. I actually recommend this brand and company. Amazing quality. The taste isn't the best but totally worth it for how well it works. I mixed it with a small amount of water.

Life saver. Used this every single time I nursed for the first few days post partum and it works SO FAST. It does taste bad. My husband started mixing it with juice for me and then it was fine. But my itself or in just water, definitely bitter.When I would take this, it would work to relieve cramping almost instantly. And it didn't just "take the edge off"Cramps gone. Perfect.

Oh man I love this stuff. And they updated the bottle so its a nice little pump instead of the dropper. The taste isn't bad or too strong. If youre sensitive to tincture taste, just dilute with more water. But it works so so good. I have 6 kiddos and every baby i use this, and do not need any over the counter meds. Pair this with homeopathic Arnica and you'll be living the postpartum dream.

I wanted to buy this when I had my other two kids, but it was a bit too pricey for me at the time and I honestly didn’t think I’d need it. They say the more babies you have, the worse the postpartum cramps get and they weren’t lying!! I had my second unmedicated birth and my postpartum cramps were worse than labor! This stuff seriously helped ease those terrible postpartum cramps! It doesnt taste the best but I just put it in a super small glass of water and threw it back like a shot haha

I got this bc I wanted to avoid meds and go the more natural route. It has an earthy taste and worked well for me. Still using it!

I purchased this following recommendation by my midwife and doula for my home birth recovery kit and I am so happy I did! My labor pains were very intense and following delivery, I was so wiped out I didn’t want anyone to touch me. I took this within the hour and noticed immediate relief. I was offered other pain meds (arnica, ibuprofen) but I didn’t need it. I took this religiously for the first two weeks then tapered off as needed. The taste wasn’t bad and the pump made it so easy to administer. Take right before nursing to help with the contractions that naturally follow.

So incredibly thankful I came across this. After my 2nd delivery I had horrible after birth pains. It took my by surprise, and I found out that it was common to get worse with each delivery. As it got closer to delivering our 3rd I was VERY nervous about the intensity of these pains.I have missed doses over the last few days (3 days pp) and I TRULY can feel a significant difference in the pain when I go without. I'd recommend this product to anyone and everyone who is looking to naturally prevent and lessen afterbirth pain.

It works! BUT if alcohol is any kind of trigger for you, do not buy this. It tastes like shooting that bottom shelf yellow tequila they have for $1 on well wednesdays. It was so hard for me to get past the taste. I used it because I preferred it to pain killers for the cramps and I did notice a difference but dang that taste was ROUGH. Idk how people say otherwise. I would not buy it again and feel like for the price, I only used it a handful of times.
