Does it need to be stored in the fridge?

If you don't use it up in six months, I would put it in the fridge to keep it from going stale on you.

How is the oil extracted?

This product is hexane extracted. The hexane is evaporated and recovered and the oil is tested for residual solvent. Expeller pressing of wheat generates heat, which would denature some of the delicate fractions that we expect in wheat germ oil.

what are the ingredients?

The only ingredient is "pure wheat germ oil."
