Great band!
Nice and tight for 10-35. This is a replacement for a band from another set that gave up after 3-4 years. I would consider buying a whole set.

Good quality bands.
So far I am liking this resistance band. Because of the rounded edges it is not to bad on the hands. It is long enough to do the workouts my coach has scheduled for me. At full extension I do believe the resistance is 35 lbs compared to the single-weight bands with handles I also have.
