I’m very happy with this pillow! It gives great neck support and helped reduce my neck pain after just a few nights. The shape fits my head and neck perfectly, and it’s very comfortable whether I sleep on my back or side. It’s firm but still soft enough to feel cozy. I also like that it stays cool during the night. Definitely worth the money — I sleep much better now!

The pillow is awesome. It cradles your head and neck perfectly. There was a slight foam odor that went away when it was out of the packaging. The covers come off easily for cleaning. My neck definitely feels better in morning. You can easily sleep on your side or stomach while using this pillow.

Bought this for my husband as he was having neck pain after sleeping. He seems to enjoy it. It’s comfortable and provides good neck support. He wakes up in less pain. Good value for your money. It is a bit rough though and pillow cases don’t fit that well. It would be nice if it came with a washable cover and so that’s why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5.

After losing my memory foam cervical pillows during a recent move, I was compelled to purchase new ones. However, the initial purchase proved to be too firm for my comfort. Consequently, I opted for a cervical pillow with an ear indentation, hoping it would alleviate the pain in my ear, particularly when listening to sleep sounds through my earbuds. Unfortunately, the pain persisted, and the side wing-like features intended to provide a more comfortable hand or arm position proved ineffective. Despite these shortcomings, the ear indentation has proven to be a somewhat effective solution. However, the pillow’s overall comfort did not meet my expectations. While it is softer than memory foam, it lacks the characteristic softness of memory foam, which is surprising considering the absence of memory foam in its construction. I have not yet had the opportunity to wash the pillow, so I cannot comment on its durability. In terms of weight, the pillow is significantly lighter than my previous hard memory foam pillow. The product images accurately depict the pillow’s appearance, but the comfort level did not align with my expectations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend purchasing this product again. It is possible that some of my dissatisfaction stems from my initial expectation of a memory foam pillow. Overall, the ear indentation is a functional feature, but its effectiveness is limited when using earbuds. The pillow’s neck shape is comfortable, but it does not provide the same level of support for side or belly sleeping.

I have severe neck pain caused by several muscle knots in my neck and shoulders and back. Most morning I would cry from waking up in so much pain and my neck pain would cause severe migraines. Ever since buying this pillow and double checking the reviews I started using this pillow. I can tell you right now it’s a miracle worker. I’ve had it for I don’t know a few weeks and have not had anymore pain episodes. I don’t spend all morning in horrible pain anymore. It’s also very nice quality and fits the neck perfectly the exact thing I would fail to try to get by folding my old pillow for the support I was lacking. If you suffer from neck pain I 100% recommend this pillow it’s a life changer.

Most comfortable pillow I've ever owned. It's so soft and cloudlike, yet firm enough to be supportive. Perfect thickness for me to be comfortable laying on my side or back. I have serious back and neck problems so it's been difficult to find a pillow that's the right firmness and thickness - this one fits the bill so far. About 2 weeks in and I've slept so good since getting this pillow
