Having suffered iliotibial fasciitis when running, I was recommended these by a physio mate who kindly advised that the issue was that I had no arse! I am pleased to say that while said arse is still not exactly of Kardashian proportions, the fasciitis has abated nicely.

Love these bands, they don’t roll like some of the others brands and feel secure and comfortable when you are working out.

Excellent considering the low price
Really happy with these bands. With the price low I was reluctant but they have Changed home workouts for the better for me. I find the high and medium one the best. Comes with a bag to store them in too and a booklet with exercise suggestions to use them with. I have recommended them to a few friends.
