What size rail does this kayak paddle holder fit on?

Our paddle holders are suitable for most kayak rails. If there is a problem with the bolts not fitting, we will give you extra bolts that fit your rails, so you don’t have to worry about them not fitting your kayak.

Will they hold my paddle securely? I'm worried that my paddle will tip or slip off.
