Sturdy and durable!
Got this power rack on sale from Amazon and Iโve been nothing but impressed. From the attachments provided Iโve done 100lbs lat pull downs and back rows via cables no issues. Iโve done 295lbs bench presses and with the rests provided with the power rack itโs help up well being really durable over the last couples months. For the money I highly recommend for a home gym, it was easy to install but tidius took us just over an hour with 2 people assembling. Everything arrived in the box with no missing pieces.

Very happy with this home gym, highly recommended
I was really hesitant because I thought there was no way something with this price could have longevity. Itโs been 6 months and I use it at least three times a week and itโs still like the day I put it together. Whether doing pull ups or reracking after squats, it stays sturdy. The cables glide smoothly and evenly, landline attachment works great from multiple angles. Iโm not setting powerlifting records but I do lift heavy. This rack and its attachments have proven to be able to handle heavy weight being slammed onto it. Assembly was pretty easy, though time consuming. All the parts came in labeled boxes and bags. I laid everything out so that all the pieces were in order, and followed the instructions. I assembled the entire thing, by myself, in a few hours. It would have been easier with an extra set of hands, but if you have any ability to think mechanically, youโll be fine. Would definitely recommend this set up to anyone. I would definitely buy this brand again.

Best Budget Cage !
Listen, I was skeptical at first. $850 on a power cage seemed crazy. Took me all of 4 hours to assemble solo, some instructions not extremely clear. I found myself going to the next step before finishing the previous but overall not bad. I found 2 cons with this machine and they aren't the end of the world. 1: I had to use a lubricant/oil to lube the sliders for the cable machine. 2. The finish one the metal easily scratches. HOWEVER this cage is extremely sturdy, no creaking, doesn't wobble. Even comes with expansion bolts to bolt to the floor if you feel the need. I highly recommend this cage to anyone who is looking to build a home gym on a budget! I would also recommend to splurge for the aluminum pulleys but overall the plastic ones look to be okay. Mikolo if you're reading this you've made one hell of a product.

Great for home gym, compact yet versatile
I have waited 6 months to write this review, to make sure I could honestly recommend this power cage, and in hopes that it will help others determine if this cage is the right fit for you. I spent a few months agonizing over budget versus need, as we first started with a yard sale light weight cage, that we quickly outgrew. My top consideration was how durable the construction would be, as my son and I lift 5 days a week. Second, I was concerned with the build quality, fit and function. Lastly I was concerned with the cables and quality of included handles. After 6 months of routine usage, I can absolutely recommend this as a good home gym. In the box is the cage, attachments, hardware, and instructions. I put this together with my 14 year old son with no issues. The instructions aren't great, but if you've used a weight cage before the construction is relatively intuitive. I purchased the red/black color option and did have a few scuffs in the paint on the top back cross member. As this faces the wall, and it lives in my gym basement, I didn't find the need to have customer service replace, so I left it as is. I also had one clip for the top cross member arrive bent (see photo), but that was relatively easy to straighten and finish the build. Everything else was great, no dents, chips, or defects. Putting the cage together, everything fit better than expected. I did put all screws in loosely to make sure the alignment was right, then went though and tightened it all down. A few things to note - attachments are good to get you started, however it does not include a v-bar, and the 18" straight bar doesn't rotate for things like standing curls. The safety arms, j hooks, and dip bars all fit into the cage uprights snugly, so no concerns with shifting. The pulleys are much better than expected. The action is smoother than many machines, providing you weight the bar evenly on both sides. I can get away with a small difference, say if you need a 2.5 lb addition on one side, but it will stick with 10 lb difference. The pulleys are independent, which means I can set one up for high pulls and move the other one to the bottom of the upright for low lifts. There is a foot pad on one side, meaning I can turn my bench to face the cage, put the pulley even with the bench and do rows as well. The cage is large enough that a spotter can still get in and spot for squats, but compact enough that it worked well in my basement. As far as operational, due to my limited space to the side, I find that the landmine attachment digs into my rubber mat. Not an issue for me, but if you can't take your landmine further to the side, it may scrape into the floor. The weight holders in the back are ok, however I do not keep more than 60 lbs on each side, with 2 tubes, this is 240 lbs spread between 4 weight pegs. The reason for this is accessibility, since its backed up close to a wall, I find it's easier to have a free standing weight plate holder. I also have not found the need to bolt this into the ground, however we aren't squatting more than 250 lbs, and typically nothing heavier than 180 on either pulley. My son can also jump up to grab the pull up bar, and the cage doesn't budge. I can also either loop bands over the top for pull downs, or around the bottom pegs for resistance. After 6 months of use, I have seen enough stretch in the pulleys to take up the tension by one hole, but I feel that was more design tolerance than stretch. As always, your mileage may vary, especially if you've stacking on heavier weights. Bottom line, for two people lifting at the same time, I like the efficiency this compact cage brings. Yes, if my son is squatting and I'm using the pulley, we will have to take down the olympic bar since the pulley would rub against the j-hook, but that's the only limitation. Otherwise, he and I can set up the pulleys at different heights for different exercises, we have the spotter arms so one of us doesn't always have to drop everything to go spot, and the flexibility allows for me to do 90% of the workouts that I can achieve across multiple machines at the gym. If you were hesitating due to build quality or functionality, I have not had any issues there. I think this is a fantastic versatile cage that helps save space but also allows you to incorporate pulleys and various other lifting outside of your standard cage functionality.

Solid rack, would change the pulley trolley design if I could.
The overall quality, fit an finish is good. Before I ordered, I noticed some of the other reviews mentioned shipping damage to some of the components but this order was extremely well packed and there was no damage at all. The company may have changed their packing method because the packing was outstanding. The cable system with the plastic pulleys is smooth, but that brings me to the first negative. The weight trolleys that slide up and down are designed in such a way that you need to balance the weight on both sides or it starts to bind. This is annoying because you basically need double the amount of plates for using both cable sides at one time. To have 20lbs of weight on each handle, you need to have 4 total 10lb plates. 2 plates on each trolley. Only other issues are with the attachments. The straight bar attachment is too small, they should increase the length of it or ditch it and provide a close grip attachment or something else. The landmine row bar is too wide and won't get used. I ended up ordering a close grip v handle for it. Otherwise it's sturdy and works well.

Value for the money is great!
For me this thing has been almost perfect. Considering the value and versatility for the money. I didnโt have a ton of space and this thing is pretty damn compact for having a squat and pulley system. The pulley system is pretty smooth, not the best but better than I thought it would be with square tubing. The pulleys do feel heavier than the pulleys I use at the gym. Some exercises I can only do about half what I do at the gym. But thatโs just an ego thing really same pumps. Came packaged well with everything in it. Put it together myself in about 3 hours or so. Feels really sturdy. The only real complaint I have is a bit of a design flaw. While the height selectors for the pulleys is smooth and easy to use. The handles stick out so far that you canโt fit the weights all the way down when doing squats ( pictured above) I usually just put a quick release clip on before I put any weight and it ends up giving me about an inch or 2 of clearance on each side. One more gripe is the range of motion on the pulleys could be a bit better. Some movements canโt get a great eccentric stretch. As a side note, after being happy with the squat rack Iโve ended up buying their barbell and their paddle handle rotating grip attachments ( same design as the original prime ones) and love both those too

Great home gym set
This is the second rack we have purchased from Mikolo. The first one was their foldable one but due to house limitations we got this one now. Assembly took about two hours, has a lot of exercise options, and it feels sturdy enough for a home gym. It came with some scratches but I guess that was the fedex guy not happy about hauling these large boxes around.
