It is very nice, easy use. No need to be bothered to think ‘should I lower the setting, should I now’. Ironed curtains, shirts, tshirts. All setting up on its own.

Overall I hate ironing so using this appliance doesn't bring any more joy or less joy than my previous iron. The bit I hate about this iron is there is nothing to hold the cable together when storing the iron, it simply slides off the body of the iron and makes a mess when you need to move it. Thr 1 temperature setting is weirdly good other than that the iron itself is fine

I love everything about this Iron 😍It's everything l expected from it & more 😀Very lightweight, plenty of cable, a big water tank & most of all, no drips of water onto my clothes 😀 Very powerful 3200 Watts & one temperature setting iron's all 😀 so no chance of burning clothes.It does shut off when left idle after a while for safety & a 3 year warranty if registered within the timeframe set out. 1 year with Amazon, & the 2 year's at no extra cost with Beldray. Fantastic price for all of the features the iron has 😊I'm extremely happy with my purchase 🤗

Bought to replace a similar Russel Hobbs Iron that I left in a caravan when I went away, It wasn't as good as the Russel Hobbs was and that lasted 5 years no problems, this one has decided it wants start flashing and switch itself off after 10 seconds of being plugged in after only 6 months of light use. Contacted Beldray to return under warranty but they want to send me a manual in the post before they accept the return because apparently instructions are needed to press a self clean button, you couldn't make it up.

Tha fact I don’t waste time waiting for the iron to heat up after being on a cool setting

One temperature control has the benefit of never scorching clothes, but the downside is not being able to turn up the heat when ironing cottons & linen. Iron is just OK, I would probably revert to a temperature control dial given the choice. Also difficult to see water fill level and filling flap opens sideways making if awkward to fill. Priced the same as many other makes.

While using the iron there was a loud bang which tripped the socket. After resetting the switch I plugged the iron back in there was a lot of smoke and burning smell so switched the iron off. On my orders page it said I couldn't return this item after May. I contacted beldray they said to email amazon to get a refund or replacement iron as it is guaranteed for 1 year. I have now bought another iron so if possible could I have a refund please.I will post the iron back if you can let me know what to do. Thank you
