what is the difference from this phone and galaxy 8?

Yes. I use T-Mobile with this phone and LTE/4G works flawlessly. I live in Las Vegas, so I can't comment about the service in rural areas where the signal might be weak.

Yes it is and its respond time is very quick and easy to reach
