Creatine for Women (Strawberry Lemonade) 50 Servings

I'm very satisfied with this creatine. It mixes easily with water or my favorite beverage, has a mild flavor, and hasn't caused me any stomach upset. The package arrived well-sealed and in perfect condition. After using it consistently alongside my exercise routine, I've noticed improved recovery and more energy during my workouts. I would definitely buy it again and recommend it to anyone looking for a good quality creatine.

Great subtle flavor, not too sweet. It dissolves easily with my coconut milk or water. I felt the difference in my mental clarity and all day even energy levels. This brand did not give me a headache like some other brands I tried.

As someone who used to dry scoop their creatine, this is such a good concept! To start off, the taste of the creatine is amazing. Tastes like a strawberry lemonade from a casual restaurant. I like that the powder doesn't clump up once you add water, it almost instantly dissolves into its liquid form. It is paired perfectly with a 16oz water bottle ( not too sweet not too washed out) and overall the price was great. I'm sure there are cheaper creatines on the market, but for the plain old creatine, it is hard to stay consistent on it because it's such a bad flavor to put in your mouth, while this one i almost even drink it for fun because it tastes good. As far as results, Ivebeen on it for about a month and i've actually noticed i haven't got bloated (i drink a lot of water with it) and i might be seeing some gains! It comes with an easy scoop to use daily as well. Will definitely be buying again.

I’ve been using the Wellah Creatine for Women in Strawberry Lemonade, and I do think it works, especially when you’re consistent with taking it and working out. The flavor is really good and makes it easy to add to my routine. For me, I don’t think I got the full benefit from it because I’m not as consistent with working out as I should be. I feel like this product would be much better suited for someone who goes to the gym regularly or works out almost every day. If you’re consistent with your workouts and stay on top of taking it, I think you’ll get much more out of it. Overall, I think it’s a good product, but consistency is definitely key. I would recommend it to women who have a regular workout routine and want to add creatine to their daily routine.

Great taste and a good price. Thank you

I work out 5-6 days a week and this is my first time taking creatine- didn’t feel any difference the first two weeks but kept taking it. Week three i noticed my backward lunges got easier and my running pace picked up. I’m now on week 4 and I’m feeling stronger, recovering more quickly after weight training, and overall feeling really good during my workouts. Flavor is good too, I dilute it in 16 oz. 10/10 recommend.

I been using for 3 weeks so far. I really like it! I was super scared of bloating but I have had none! The taste/ smell is so refreshing especially during the summer. I actually look forward to drinking it every day. I have noticed more strength in the gym as well as muscles looking fuller. I definitely think it’s worth the buck.

Great product, been using it for a month so far, I’ve noticed some subtle difference between now and a month ago. But you have to be consistent in drinking at least 5-6 water bottles a day after drinking it. Drink it early in the morning and ALSO drink it also on rest days. Very tasty and effective. You will feel bloated the first two weeks but after that, you will see you will have more energy. I love it so far, would recommend, I’ll be updating every month.
