It's all it was advertised to be. The app is turkey use friendly. The score itself is great. The solid tires no so great, you feel EVERY bump in the road. It would be nicer if the speed didn't to out at 19 mph, but that is what it was advertised to be so you get a nice ride at an affordable price and it's great just to go around town on. I use it to get to and from work. It has already paid for itself in what it's saved me in gas...

How does this scooter have good reviews? Upon receiving I found out that the app does not work. Useless. Also- It’s an extremely bumpy ride. Not smooth at all. I’ve rode plenty of different scooters in the past and this one is by far the most rocky and uncomfortable. The brakes are so sensitive that it jolts you when you barely apply pressure. I only use the scooter to go about a mile and a half/ 10 mins each way and it has to be charged after 2 trips or it doesn’t have enough power to make it back. And finally after less than 2 months of use I now get an error message, it powers down mid ride and won’t go when I hit the throttle. This thing is a safety issue. Avoid.

Everything is great, just the app is a little basic and the weight limit is actually 220 not 260

The scooter I received has a faulty battery. I was only able to use it once before it stopped working. As much money as these things cost, I was expecting quality.

I purchased this scooter the beginning of April 2024. It stopped working on May 18, 2024. The battery will not charge, and it doesn't seem right that after having this for one month the battery would already have to be replaced. I tried to do a chat to see if someone could help me and all I was told was it it past the return date. Needless to say I am a little upset considering the money spent. I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone for fear the same situation would happen.

Generally an ok beginnger scooter. It's easy to use, but I don't like that the brake is a bit far and it wasn't very stable. The top speed it can get is 15mph, which is fine with me. The biggest complaint I have is that, when the scooter gets to 2 bars, the top speed only gets to 9mph. I know it takes about 3 bars in total for me to commute to work and to get back, but twice I didn't fully charge the scooter (so it was at a bit more than 4), and when the battery level showed 2 bars left, it moved so slowly I ended up walking it home instead.Would have put 3 stars, but the return and refund process was easy.

Easy to assemble, came fully charged, a lot of bang for your buck. We have rented scooters in lots of cities, and these are very capable and user-friendly. Highly recommended!Best part has been the company’s support - we damaged one of the scooters (our fault, not theirs) and the company was quick to respond with parts and repair advice. SO pleased with the way in which they helped diagnose the damage- it was far less worse than I imagined.Great product, great support!
