Sicce Shark Advanced 991152 Aquarium Internal Filter 800 Litres/h

Ease of cleaning was the reason I bought this filter. The magnetic couplings come undone so easily without spilling the crud back into the tank like other internal filters do. Very good flow and reasonably quiet. Not so quiet with the Venturi tube attached so dispensed with that. I liked it so much that I bought another for my 2nd tank.

Very efficient filter, only downside is that it is very powerful with no real way to reduce the flow. Despite some reviews claiming this is noisy I can assure you that this a sturdy and very quiet filter if set up correctly. Excellent value for money, just needs ability to reduce flow.

As everyone has said before, the venturi is a bit on the noisy side but I just don't use it. As an internal filter it is silent and is easy to fit, the suction cups are a bit tough to get in the holder but once they're in, they're not going anywhere. Can't recommend this enough if you're looking for a good strong internal filter.

Good suction power and ease of cleaning. Easy to tuck out of the way and conceal. The noise from this filter is horrendous. If you can live with a constant droning/buzzing noise buy it, if you cannot do not buy.

It's a good filter but it's intermittently noisy even without the venturi turned off

I have this pump less than 1 month and in service 3 weeks.. After 1 week at first clean I noticed a cracked plastic surrounding the built in magnets holding the filter segments together.. at second cleaning I noticed more and on third clean one of them completely failed and all were cracked. I returned for full refund.. great idea but badly manufactured..avoid until they fix the plastics issue..
