Ultra-Processed People: Why Do We All Eat Stuff That Isn’t Food … and Why Can’t We Stop? : Tulleken, Chris van: desertcart.ae: Books Review: Unacceptable condition - Disgusting condition. The book came with literal piles of dirt in between the cover and the sleeve and stains on all the pages. Disgusting. I’m not even sure how a “new” book could get to this state. Review: Great read extremely informative and well worth a read Highly recommended

An interesting and insightful read. Like most food and diet books it occasionally yields to dogma, but it is much more objective than most. The autobiographical narrative makes for easy reading and it is highly enjoyable.
