I have been using this roti maker for months and I love it. Non-stick surface, even heating, puffed rotis every time, very easy for beginners. Takes 1-2 minutes per roti. Overall, it has cut my kitchen time in half. Highly recommended for busy families.

I Bought the product in June, didn’t open it until Sept., upon opening the box, pieces fell out along with a screw, it was clear the product arrived damaged even though it was packaged tightly. Poor quality, very flimsy. Unfortunately, I am past the window to return. I gave it a 1 star as I could not give it 0 star. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PRODUCT!!

We are very happy with our StarBlue roti maker. It has served our needs perfectly. We had tried other brands before, but they did not last very long. Since purchasing the StarBlue roti maker, making rotis and other flatbreads has become much easier. It heats up quickly and consistently makes thin, evenly cooked rotis every time. The quality is excellent, and the price is very reasonable. We highly recommend this brand to anyone looking for a reliable and durable roti maker.

It’s definitely a trial and error kinda product. If the dough isn’t prepared a certain way the roti comes out broken, and if even if the dough is perfect somehow the texture of wheat roti feels like it’s made of maida, very chewy. It’s good for once in a while cooking not for daily roti eater.

I really love this roti maker when it is working properly. It is very useful, convenient, and makes making rotis so much easier. I use it regularly and find it to be a very handy product. Unfortunately, I have experienced an issue with the heating element no longer working more than once. The first time was after about 11 months of use, and more recently I experienced the same issue with my new one after less than six months. I take good care of the appliance and follow the recommended usage and cleaning instructions, so I am not sure what is causing the issue. That said, I have been very pleased with StarBlue's customer service. When I contacted them about the issue, they were responsive and offered to send me a replacement as a goodwill gesture, which I really appreciate. I am hoping the replacement will last much longer because I genuinely like and rely on this product.

I was excited to try this electric roti maker, but unfortunately it did not work as expected for me. I have made rotis for years and followed the instructions carefully, but after several attempts I was unable to get soft, round, well-cooked rotis. The rotis either remained undercooked in some areas, became too hard, or did not puff up properly. I used the product multiple times thinking it might take some practice, but the results were consistently disappointing. The concept is great and may work for some users, but in my experience it did not save time and actually required more effort than making rotis traditionally. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this product to anyone.

Works great in making roti’s. I paid $2000 on Rotimatic which broke within a year and it’s taking 7 months for them to replace it (was insured). This <$100 things saves me the headache of stuck dough and other errors from Rotimatic. The only downside is making dough and balls which I don’t mind at all. So worth the price and would recommend to anyone who loves garam roti!!!

1. Description and pictures on the product are deceiving. Rotis don't come out as depicted on product description. 2. Rotis don't cook evenly. 3. Red & green indicating lights don't function properly and green light comes and goes out erratically. 4. Instruction manual not written properly.

Don’t buy! It’s worse

This was purchased a little over 30 days ago. It worked fine for sometime. And now the roti maker is not heating enough. The video is 3 minutes long and the roti maker was barely heating up and the rotis were not getting done. It is a hassle to reach the manufacturer and Amazon cannot provide any help since it is older than 30 days. Shouldn’t it be Amazon’s responsibility to provide direct contact with the manufacturers or get a response from them if they are offering a product on their website. Very disappointed and it was not a cheap buy as well
