This product is exactly what it says it is--dried pineapple NO ADDED SUGAR! (Sure hope it stays that way!) That is Very Important to me. I can Not eat sugar. I can only eat real fruit. Dried pineapple is satisfying because it is very chewy which I like! Also real pineapple contains Bromelain an enzyme which helps with the digestion of protein if that is a problem for you. I subscribe to the idea that Food is your best medicine whenever possible--but Not always possible! Very nice to have good tasting "medicine." But be Very Careful and do NOT eat too much. Pineapple is a very concentrated calorie source added to by being dried! Too much of a good thing is NOT a good thing.

Unsealed bag from China?
Product came in an unsealed zip bag marked “made in China”. No idea the safety of this food item since the bag has no safety seal or freshness guarantee. Wouldn’t trust to eat.
