Can this be used on the window seals of a caravan?

It can be used on all rubber seals on windows. It softens brittle or dried out rubber seals to make them more pliable and helps retain their original shape. If the seals have started to leak, it will not stop this,

I saw this recommended to prevent windows freezing on my cabriolet vehicle. For those who use it for this, is it easy to apply? Does it work?

It's very easy to apply, just follow the instructions. The sponge aplicator on the top makes it simple. I use it regularly on the door seals to my 2009 Defender to stop them squeaking which is a particularly Defender problem. Whilst I've not tried it to dress the window rubbers to prevent freezing, it is excellent at treating rubber and softening it.

Will this prevent the black smears I'm getting when I clean the aged rubber window surrounds on my boat?

It will probably not be possible to avoid this completely.

Could you use this on Wellington boots?
