Do your research
Originally purchased new monitor from local store only to find out when I got home it had no internal speakers. Took it back and sales rep said they 'no longer make monitors with internal speakers and haven't for years and I just needed to purchase an external speaker'. Of course they had just what I needed. Amazon allowed me to specify just what I needed and the interest-free payment plan was an asset.

Does not work
Got this as a second monitor to match another monitor I bought a while back but this one does not turn on. I noticed one other review saying the same thing. I’ll try and return/replace. Will update review as necessary.

Easy set up, excellent quality
A good improvement in size and quality over our old monitor. Easy set up. I had it up and running in less than 15 minutes, and that includes unpacking.

Defective-Laborious Return Policy
The monitor arrived and looked good at first glance. However, it could not be powered on. Further, when I went to return it, I found that the seller requires that the box they shipped be put into a second box, with one label inside and another affixed to the exterior of the second box. Most Amazon packages are simple to return, but this will require a lengthy delay for approvals to go through before a refund is processed (if indeed they do process it). I strongly recommend against using this seller for anything.
