I love this whistle. As a gym teacher, it is very useful... loud enough to hear over large groups of very excited children. I also love that it is not plastic-it has substance, excellent quality, very durable. This brass whistle will last a lifetime. It also looks great (I wear it around my neck with a beaded chain my daughter made). Any thin cord will work. EXCELLENT PRODUCT!

This brass whistle is smaller than I thought, but louder than I could imagine. It's great that it is small and easily fits on a key chain in my purse, or on a neck chain, depending on where I am or what I'm doing.

This was a gift for an acquaintance who teaches elementary school children. She loves it. The sound is pleasant, and doesn't assault the ear when employed.

Tiny. Loud. You won't know how loud it can be until you are alone... like really alone. This cool thing about this brass whistle is that there is no moving pieces to break in an emergency. It will always be there... until you lose it. It is small!

I highly recommend this Brass Whistle. I am not disappointed with the quality, the look, and the size. Indeed, it is loud! My twin sister who went to a safety training told me to get a whistle that does not have a ball inside. She didn’t specifically told me which product to get. When I showed her what I’ve got, she said that is what I have too 😉

Not the loudest whistle, I purchased this whistle for my sister as she hikes and rides her bike a lot , and realized I have a loaded whistle made by Avon . And I keep that one for my mom . It’s a nice looking whistle , easy to use .

Its made of brass. I use it as a keychain with a brass chain, hanging from brass hardware. It fits quite well color-wise. The whistle works. Its quite loud and hurt my own ears even with just normal puffs. It doesnt take much to produce sound. I tried doing it softly and it still worked. Idk why a lot of reviews state otherwise. Would definitely purchase again

The ring dropped out at the top. Can be easily reclamped tight. Love that it's brass. I have a thing for whistles :) handy on your keyring for possible emergency situations .

If you need a brass whistle then this wont disappoint. It is quite small however perfect for my model steam engine.
